Rate Schedule: Rates are not seasonally higher for 'foliage' or winter, but they can be negotiated down for barter or physical help around the "estate." If you wish to stay through Sunday, you are welcome (for an additional $50), but breakfast and possibly lunch must be on your own because I am usually at church and/or meetings and/or consulting on Sundays.

• Weekend (Friday and Saturday) with breakfasts: $450.00
• Weekend without meals: $200.00
• Week with breakfasts: $850.00
• Week without meals: $650.00
• Weekend (Friday and Saturday) with editing service, breakfast included: $750.00
• Week with editing, breakfast included: $1500.00.
• Extra meals: Lunch -- $15, Dinner -- $25.

This is a multi-cuisine household: we are meat-eaters, ovo-lacto vegetarians and somewhere in between, so many special diets can be accommodated if requested. Please call with specific concerns or needs.
